The heavy-duty submersible HME Electro-Hydraulic Clamshell Grab of type EHCG – 8000/1 complete for handling mud/coal/slimes/sand/gravels etc to a density range of 1.1 to 1.2 tons per metre cubed. The grab is self-locking and cannot open under load of its own accord.
Duty design and test cycle – 130 cycles per hour – 24 hours per day – 7 days per week – 350 days per annum. The grab offered is designed for local conditions and is manufactured in South Africa.
